The head of the team, Chris has been in Financial Services since 2001 and has been fully qualified since 2005. He is particularly proud of how conscientious his team are. His philosophy is very simple when it comes to financial advice: If you wouldn’t do it for your mum and dad, why would you do it for your client?

25 years in Financial Services and a qualified advisor for over 10 years, Craig is an experienced professional. Whether we acknowledge it or not, our long-term financial plans are an integral part of our lives and our families. Craig is a committed family man with 3 children, and worked previously as a Special Constable, so he knows a thing or two about helping others and communicating with people. A very reassuring presence!

His approach is consultative - job satisfaction for him is taking pride in treating each person as an individual, taking the necessary time over every conversation and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Joel is CII qualified and an established member of the non-advised team. As a specialist in medical insurance, his particular strength is helping clients through the complexities of the wide range policies and empowering people to make informed decisions on the options that suit each individual. A natural communicator, he’s a real people person and loves building rapport with his clients.

Claire joined the team in April 2020, and has wasted no time in bringing her warmth and outgoing energy to National Friendly Financial Solutions. One of the newest members to the team, she previously worked at Yorkshire Building Society for 4 years, and now loves to guide our customers gently through creating a Will, making the process as easy as possible. Claire originally trained as a travel agent, and still embraces her travelling spirit in her free time. When she isn’t organising adventurous getaways for her family and friends, she is driving up and the down the country for her daughter’s dancing competitions.

Sales Support Team Leader

Sales support and Team Leader, Lorraine has been with the team for 9 years and has been in Financial Services since 2002. For her, it’s all about people. When she’s not keeping the show on the road at Financial Solutions, she’s travelling the world as an active contributor to all sorts of exciting conventions in the world of movies and creative media.
